Let's Do Lunch

Terms of use

Last updated 28 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and WPA Fire & Security Consultants Ltd ("we") for your use of Let's Do Lunch. By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: office@letsdolunchhq.com.

1. Who can join

Let's Do Lunch is for people who buy or supply services on behalf of an organisation. You must be at least 18, give accurate information about yourself, your role and your company, and keep it up to date. We verify members and may decline, downgrade or close any account at our discretion, including if we can't confirm your role.

2. How matching works

Profiles are anonymous until two members both say they're interested. We don't guarantee any number of matches, meetings, proposals or contracts. Decisions about whether to meet or do business are yours alone, and any contract you make is between you and the other member.

3. Your conduct

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

4. Plans and payment

Buyers use Let's Do Lunch free of charge. New suppliers get a free first month to browse; matching needs a paid plan. Prices are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically each year until cancelled; you can cancel at any time through Account › Manage billing, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Credits are used to unlock matches and send lunch invites on the Standard plan and don't expire while your account is open. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Founding members: a limited number of suppliers receive 12 months on the Top table plan free of charge, confirmed in writing. At the end of that year, matching pauses until you choose a paid plan; your founding badge stays and your year-two price is the Top table rate.

5. Our responsibility

We work hard to verify members and keep the service running, but we can't guarantee that every member's information is accurate or that the service will always be available. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we're not liable for lost profits, lost contracts or indirect losses.

6. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Account › Delete my account. We may close accounts as set out above, and will refund any unused prepaid period if we close your account without a breach on your part.

7. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will email members about important changes before they apply. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
